Everything automatic is in the plan. When a person has to do something (investigate, report, set up), it is charged separately, shown before you ask for it, and you can always do it yourself with our guide. We charge for the work, not the outcome: takedowns depend on third parties.

Can I cancel whenever I want?
Yes. There are only monthly subscriptions, no commitment, no small print: change plan or cancel from the portal, whenever you like.
What happens when the launch offer ends?
Radar moves to its regular price, VAT included. The date is in your portal, and you can change plan or cancel beforehand with no penalty.
Is Guard only for businesses?
It is designed for businesses (tests on your infrastructure, with written authorisation), but we don't restrict it: anyone can ask for it. It is coming soon; tell us about your case and we will tell you when and how.
Why do Radar prices include VAT and Guard doesn't?
Radar is bought mostly by individuals (freelancers and creators) and the law requires the final price. Guard is for businesses, which count without VAT; we show the final price too so nobody feels misled.
What does “we charge for the work, not the outcome” mean?
A report or a takedown depends on third parties (registrars, hosts). We bring craft, evidence and pressure through the right channels, and keep you informed at every step; what we cannot do is guarantee deadlines.
Is there an annual plan?
No. We rely on external sources and prefer that you can say “that's enough” every month, just as we can.
